ONE-ON-ONE PRACTICUM EXPERIENCES
The primary reason to choose The Inspection Academy's practicum is that students will go on their required inspections with one inspector/instructor. That's it. While TREC allows a maximum of four students per instructor, we feel like students benefit more from individual experiences.
We also have the ability to provide our "ride-alongs" 7 days a week. This helps students fit the practicum into their schedule. This allows students to complete the practicum in a matter of days or weeks instead of months.
Finally, we have 3 of the most experienced principal instructors in the state with over 60 years of experience between them. This also allows us to provide our practicum in Houston, Austin, and the Dallas/Fort Worth areas.

TRAIN WITH REPORT WRITING SOFTWARE

We work with the team from Spectora report writing software to provide our students with the most advanced home inspector education available. Students are able to use the software for free while training at The Inspection Academy.
This gives students the ability to perform practice inspections using the software. On top of that, it gives students the ability to complete their own deficiency and limitation statements in their own personal inspection report templates.
